The invention concerns a ski stick which comprises a handle 1, a tubular shaft 6 and a press part. The handle 1 is made up of a grip part 2, a hole part 3 for the shaft, two grooves in the three-dimensional control arrangement 4 with guide, and an inner cavity 5 which permits movement of the tubular shaft. The tubular shaft 6 has a shaft end 7 which has been inserted into the cavity 5. At the shaft end there are two threaded holes for insertion of a screw tap 11. Inside the tubular shaft there is a rubber-like pad 8, a long helical spring 9 and, on top of this, a short helical spring 10 which has been positioned at the end of the inner cavity 5. The handle 1 and the tubular shaft 6 have been joined via the screw tap 11 such that the latter is able to move. <IMAGE>
