发明名称 MEASURING METHOD FOR CONCENTRATION OF IODINE, PEROXIDE, OXIDANT AND OXDASE SUBSTRATE
摘要 PURPOSE:To measure concentration of iodine, peroxide, oxidant or oxidase substrate by using an electrode selective to anions. CONSTITUTION:Triiodide ions generated by reaction between iodine and iodide ions are measured by using an electrode selective to anions whose anion sensitive substance is quarternary ammonium compound, porphyrin acid or metal complex of porphyrin thereby determining concentration of iodine. Peroxide or oxidant is determined by measuring iodine generated by reaction between these compounds and iodine ions. Oxidase substrate is determined by having hydrogen peroxide generated at the time of enzyme reaction reacted with iodine ions and measuring iodine generated by the above reaction. Since iodine, peroxide, oxidant and oxidase substrate can be easily measured by the method of the invention, this can be utilized in various fields of chemical industry, food industry, environmental conservation or clinical examination.
