<p>PURPOSE:To prevent influence of shock and the like from the outward by providing an energizing means to separate a lock pin from steering members and an energizing means to contact a plunger to the lock pin, and arranging the lock pin so as to separate from the engaging condition with the steering members due to the dead weight. CONSTITUTION:Fitting parts to fit each other at locking are respectively formed on a plunger 23 and a lock pin 24, and a first energizing means 32 to energize the lock pin 24 to separate from steering members 16, 17, 19, 20 is provided. A second energizing 25 to energize the plunger 23 to contact with the lock pin 24 is provided, and the lock pin 24 is arranged so as to separate from the engaging condition with the steering members 16, 17, 19, 20 by the dead weight. When both the lock pin and the plunger do not move against energizing force, locking or releasing can not be performed, and hence shock and the like applied from the outside hardly affect the device, and high reliability can be obtained.</p> |
