A device for cutting thin and delicate materials, in particular: plastic film, unwoven fabric, cellophane; the device consists of: cutters, a set of guide bars, an actuator, characterized in that the moving cutter (8) is attached to the fixed guide bar (2), and a guide bar (3) is attached on the opposite side to the fixed guide bar; whereas the moving cutter (8) ends protrude beyond the plane of the braking insert (6) located on the bar (2); further, the device is outfitted with a moving vertical bar (4) and a transverse cutter (13) attached to that vertical bar; further, the device is outfitted with a horizontal moving bar (5), whereas the vertical moving bar (4) is located on a guide (9) and joined with an actuator (10).<IMAGE>
