PURPOSE:To improve no-load Q value for obtaining a dielectric porcelain of high performance, high quality and low cost by applying heat treatment to the ground face of a sintered body after performing grinding work on the surface of the sintered body of a specific composition. CONSTITUTION:Raw material powder suck BaCO3TiO2, Nd2O3 and Bi2O3 are weighed to prescribed composition ratios followed by a temporary baking process 13 through a wet mixing process 11, a dehydrating drying process 12. Further, a binder is added and granulated in an adding and granulating process 16 through a wet crushing process, 14, a dehydrating.drying process 15 followed by a prescribed main baking process 17 in order to form a BaO-TiO2-Nd2O3-Bi2 O3 group sintered body. Later, a grinding process is performed on the outer surface of the sintered body in a grinding machining process followed by heat treatment in a heat treatment process 19 at a prescribed temperature for a prescribed time. Thereby, the grain surfaces of the grinding face are smoothed, distribution of a magnetic field is improved and no-load Q value is improved so that a porcelain of high performance, high quality and low price can be obtained. |
