<p>PURPOSE:To improve a quality of a large-scaled radial grid by applying electric discharge machining to each space division in order from the center toward the outside. CONSTITUTION:A discharge electrode is divided into first space divisions 4, second space divisions 5 and third space divisions 6. A high heat conductive material 2 is bonded to a grid main body 1. Electric discharge machining is applied to the first space divisions 4 by a discharge electrode for the first space divisions. Subsequently, electric discharge machining is applied to the second and third space divisions. Consequently, it is possible to reduce heat generated during the machining, improve a heat radiating effect, restrain an effect due to the heat, secure dimensional accuracy and reduce variation.</p> |
