<p>PURPOSE:To improve a quality of a small-sized helix by forming notches or slits provided in a rectangular metal thin plate having a high melting point into a spiral shape by pressworking. CONSTITUTION:Notches 2 are alternately formed at equal intervals at a right angle to the longitudinal direction from opposed sides parallel to each other in the longitudinal direction in a rectangular metal thin plate 1 having a high melting point, thus obtaining a band-like portion 4. Pressure is applied toward the center while grip part 3 are griped, and a spiral body is formed by pressworking. Consequently, miniaturization suitable for high frequency can be facilitate without generation of a chip or crack.</p> |
