PURPOSE:To prevent voltage instability in a power system by controlling an automatic voltage regulator and an automatic voltage and reactive power regulator in cooperation, installed in each power station and substation. CONSTITUTION:A system can be operated under appropriate conditions approximately equal to an operational goal being the most desirable on the whole, by calculating appropriate conditions for the whole of the system with a calculating means on the basis of the system information transmitted from power stations and substations, by transmitting the calculated conditions to each power station and substation, and by controlling automatic voltage regulators or automatic voltage and reactive power regulators individually on the basis of these. Besides an adjustment margin can be ensured always to some extent, as the outputs of a plurality of controllers such as the automatic voltage regulators, automatic voltage and reactive power regulators, etc., are regulated, by adopting fuzzy inference which pays attention to the calculation by the calculating means, deviation of voltage, control effect, and adjustment margin. |
