<p>PURPOSE:To properly manage respective cassettes loaded in a device in which a plural cassettes can be loaded beforehand while relating to various operational functions. CONSTITUTION:The device is provided with a cassette transport control means 914 which selectively transports plural cassettes to a cassette driving position to load them or sends the loaded cassettes outside, a tape residual amount measuring means 918 which measures the residual amount of the tape by operating a tape driving system when the cassette is set at the cassette driving position, an individual cassette information storage means 915 which individually stores the data of the tape residual amount of each cassette obtained from the tape residual amount measuring means, and a control means 900 which reads out the data of the residual tape stored in the individual cassette information storage means and controls the cassette transport operation by the cassette transport means.</p> |
