<p>A bracket (25) having a high degree of rigidity is provided. A magnet roller (26) is rotatably mounted on the bracket and a doctor blade (27) is fixed to the bracket. A bracket assembly (41) comprising the bracket, the magnet roller and the doctor blade is fixed to a frame of a developing unit.
