Moment indicator to be used on building cranes with large reach, whose action is based on a multiplying circuit using the principle of dual pulse modulation, characterized in that the negative voltage signal UQ output from the lift capacity converter is fed to the inverting input of a comparator (9) in parallel with a saw-tooth signal from a generator (1) and a positive setting signal from a potentiometer (10), while the second voltage signal UL output from the reach converter is fed to the non-inverting input of a comparator (13) located in the positive feedback circuit of an amplifier (12), and the output voltage value, averaged in an active filter (4), proportional to the product of the values UQ and UL, is fed to a pointer-based or digital meter (5) scaled in units of moment.<IMAGE>
