The physical exercise cushion, for use especially in the home, consists of a number of plastic foam panels (3,4,5) of different thicknesses and elasticity, folded together so that different portions of the exterior of the cushion provide different resistances to pressure. The foam panels can be held together by flexible strips (6,7) and contained inside a detachable cover, forming a cushion which can be used for a variety of exercises, including stepping, jumping and lifting. ADVANTAGE - Design simplicity and wide range of exercise possibilities.
