An integrated process for the repair of steel based on synthetic products is described, characterized in that the said synthetic products are obtained by cross-linking and polycondensation between resins and amines/amides in the following percentages: ethoxyline resins 30 to 70% by weight, organic acids from 1 to 10% by weight, aliphatic amines from 0 to 16% by weight, aromatic amines from 0 to 35% by weight, polyester from 0 to 6% by weight, polyamides from 0 to 70% by weight, pigments from 0 to 50% by weight, fillers from 0 to 22% by weight and urethane prepolymers from 0 to 18% by weight. In its chemical formulation the said process comprises mixing a group of special polymers which are free from dissolving components and polluting components previously treated in accordance with a process of manufacture, which are reactive on the basis of two main chemical groups. The said polymers can be used to restore damaged steel, conferring upon it a degree of hardness equivalent to the original, having regard to their application and current use, being applied directly to wetted surfaces or in particular formulations under water, or that is where the surface which has to be repaired is immersed. The process incorporates an application computer programme which is duly incorporated and integrated in the process which is designed to calculate exactly the components which have to be applied to the surface requiring treatment, in both quantity and characteristics.
