<p>PURPOSE:To reduce the number of reduced copies and amount of cutting and sticking work so as to reduce the burden of document preparing work by reading menu information and printing the menu information after processing the menu information into a menu screen image. CONSTITUTION:A file converting section 12 which converts menu screen information registered in a menu library 11 into information of the form of a file converts menu screen information into a file of the form which can be processed by an editing section 16. A reading section 14 reads specific menu screen information in response to a parameter from an input device 15 and the editing section 16 extracts a required part of the menu screen information read by the section 14 and processes and edits the required part into a menu screen image. An output section 17 outputs the menu picture image processed and edited by the editing section 16 onto a slip 18 in the size of a document.</p> |
