<p>PURPOSE:To offer an automatic passage connecting device for connecting easily and automatically the passages of an air compressor of a die and an air source, at the time of loading the die to a press machine. CONSTITUTION:A supply valve 4 which is fitted so as to be freely slidable to a T-groove 3 carved and provided in a slide and a bolster in order to load the die to the press machine, protruded at the lower face of the slide 1, and opens/closes a passage connected to an air source is arranged. In the part opposed to the supply valve 4 of the flank of the die 2 fixed to the slide 1, a connecting port 5 having a passage connected to an air compresser is arranged. The supply valve 4 is fixed to the piston rod 7 of a cylinder 6 embedded in the T-groove and the supply valve is allowed to abut on the connecting port by the operation of a piston, and the passage is formed. As for the bolster, the constitution is all the same. The supply valve 4 incorporates a valve mechanism which is opened in the case of abutting on the connecting port 5, and closed in the case of being separated therefrom.</p> |
