<p>There is disclosed a small-sized processing apparatus (1) which can provide an improved processing efficiency and a flexible operation. The processing apparatus comprises: a) processing baths (2a, b, c) containing processing solutions, b) a supporting means (3) disposed in each processing bath, which supports a work panel (W) upward, c) a lifting means (4) for the work panel held in the supporting means (3), d) a transporting unit (6) disposed over the processing baths, the unit (6) being driven by a driving means, e) a pair of rollers (7) for rolling up and down the work panel (W) lifted by the lifting means (4), the rollers (7) being disposed oppositely to the processing bath on the lower end of the transporting unit (6), f) a receiving means (8) for the work panel lifted by the lifting means (4), the receiving means (8) being disposed in the transporting unit (6), and g) a guiding means (10) for the transporting unit (6), the means being disposed over the processing baths along a path on which the processing baths are disposed. )</p> |
