A method of producing medicine containing hydrocortisone or cignolin for ex tempore preparation, containing a powder component and a liquid component, possibly with an addition of a stabilizing substance, to be mixed later on, characterized in that the powder component is obtained by means of mixing, until full homogenisation is achieved, 3-6 percent by weight of methyl cellulose and 0.5-2 percent by weight of polyvinyl pyrrolidone or 1-3 percent by weight of sodium alginate and micronized hydrocortisone in an amount of 0.5-2 percent by weight or micronized cignolin in an amount of 0.01-2 percent by weight, and batched into tight containers, whereas the liquid component is obtained by mixing 5-20 percent by weight of 1.2-propylene glycol or glycerol or polyethyleneglycol 200 and 5-20 percent by weight of dimethylacetamide and up to 100 percent by weight of distilled water, and further it is batched into tight containers.
