Cheese making vat consisting of three casing cylindrical tank with a cone shaped bottom, with heating or cooling casing, placed on legs, containing device for draining whey with suction pipe equipped with a float at the input, with two backward operating agitators placed in the upper basin, characterised in that the middle casing has gutters (5) reaching the inner casing (6) and the suction pipe (11) located inside the boiler is placed in a sleeve (12) attached to the vatÆs side wall above the filling level and shaped in accordance with the wallÆs profile, whereas legs (7) of the container are in a form of pyramids and are attached to the surface of the outer basin (8), while there are concentric spacer rings placed between each casingÆs basin (9) attached to the adjoining basins and placed within the perimeter of weight bearing legs (7).<IMAGE>
