PURPOSE:To effectively utilize a storage device when plural documents of the same routine format are managed and, at the same time, to reduce the burden of a system when a file is transferred or copied. CONSTITUTION:A routine format data preparing means 13 prepares routine format data and a routine format data storing means 15 registers the data so that the data can be shared by plural documents. An additional data file preparing means 16 prepares and additional data file and a routine format document editing means 20 manages and stores the additional data in conjunction with the routine format data by writing additional data in the additional data file. A routine format document combining means 19 prepares a routine format document by combining the routine format data with the additional data at the time of outputting the routine format document for display, printing, etc. |
