PURPOSE:To improve no-load Q value in order to obtain a dielectric porcelain of high performance, high quality and low cost by applying heat treatment to the ground face of a sintered body after performing grinding work on the surface of the sintered body having a specific composition. CONSTITUTION:Raw material powder such as ZrO2, CeO2, TiO2, La2O3 and Al2O3 are weighed to prescribed composition ratios, and a temporary baking process 13 is performed through a wet mixing process 11, a dehydrating-drying process 12. Further, a binder is added and granulated in a adding and granulating process 16 through a wet crushing process 14 and a dehydrating-drying process 15, a prescribed main baking process 17 is performed in order to form a ZrO2-CeO2-TiO2-La2O3-Al2O3 group sintered body. Later, grinding in process is performed on the outer surface of the sintered body in a grinding machining process 18, further, heat treatment at a prescribed temperature for a prescribed time is performed in a heat treatment process 19. Thereby, the grain surfaces of a grinding face are smoothed, distribution of an electromagnetic field is improved, no-load Q value is improved so that a porcelain of high performance, high quality and a low price can be obtained. |
