METHOD FOR CONTROLLING DISPENSING IN SAMPLE DISPENSING DEVICE

PURPOSE:To perform dispensing by a sample dispensing device precisely without dripping of sample from a titration tip of a sampling head when sample is to be analyzed in a final manufacture process for the purpose of quality control of product such as solvent separated and purified from crude oil in a petroleum plant or the like. CONSTITUTION:A sample dispensing device actuates a sampling head 2 held on a body (a) vertically and laterally so as to allow a titration tip 21 mounted on the sampling head 2 to perform weighing suction and dispensing titration by actuation of a syringe 3 connected to the sampling head 2 via a path 6. While the titration tip 2 which has finished weighing suction is moved to a position where dispensing titration is to be done, the syringe 3 is sucked corresponding to pressure in the path 6 which has been increasing due to vapor pressure of vaporized gas from volatile sample in the titration tip 21 so as to maintain the pressure in the path 6 constant.
