A method and device for making a photosensitive resin form plate which is high in precision in thickness and ensures prints free from blur of ink and small in dot gain. A characteristic of this invention is such that heating from the active light source side of a transparent substratum before or/and during exposure to light is carried out, or that heating means is provided therefor.
