PURPOSE: To recover from a crash in an electronic reprography system, for which plural jobs are simultaneously turned into an active state. CONSTITUTION: The reprography system monitors the jobs turned to the active state inside the system and monitors the number of times that the system crashes, while a specified job is in the active state. By comparing the number of times that the crash is generated when the specified job is in the active state with a prescribed limiting number, an operator evaluates whether or not the system is altered by the specified job or by the simultaneous action of the jobs. Further, an instruction to activate the jobs one at a time and judge which job has been altered is supplied to an operator, and the operator is allowed to delete the altered job. |
