PURPOSE:To synthesize and edit an original picture and to output and display by inferring the magnification of the size of the picture so that it fits the specification of synthetic frame data and adjusting the arrangement and the size. CONSTITUTION:This device reads original pictures 31 and 32 and synthetic frame data 33 necessary for the picture synthesis of a diagram, a photograph, a picture, etc., with an image scanner, recognizes the size, etc., of a synthetic frame data 33, promotes the magnification of the cited part of the original picture so as to fit the specification of the synthetic frame data 33 and adjusts the picture to fit the specified frame. The device thus synthesizes a modified picture including a part or all of the cited part of the original picture, outputs and displays it. The output of a specified synthetic picture 35 can be obtained only by reading the synthetic frame data writing the specification mark and the arrangement mark of the cited part and the symbol of the cited data with a scanner. |
