THERMOPLASTIC RESIN COMPOSITION A thermoplastic resin composition which comprises 100 parts by weight of a composition (A) which comprises 5-95% by weight of a polyphenylene ether resin and 95-5% by weight of a polyamide, 5-50 parts by weight of a modified rubber-like material (B) wherein 5-100 parts by weight of an aromatic vinyl compound is graft-polymerized with 100 parts by weight of a rubber-like material, the grafting ratio of the aromatic vinyl compound being 50% by weight or more, and 0.05-20 parts by weight of an .alpha., .beta.-unsaturated carboxylic acid or its derivative (C).
