PURPOSE:To enable the overprinting of ruled lines and characters by registering format and data in the document file separately and by defining the format and data of the table at the time of printing. CONSTITUTION:The format is prepared by a format input means 1 and is registered in a document file 3. Then, the data is registered in a document file 3 by a data input means 2 by accessing the format prepared by the format input means 1 from the document file 3 and displaying it on a display device 6 so that the digit position may not be deviated. Furthermore, when the format and data are complete, the name of format and the name of data to be printed are defined by a printing specification means 4 for the printing to be enabled the overprinting and the table is prepared by outputting in a printing output device 5. |
