PURPOSE:To provide an aperture electrode which is likely to become incapable of recording when mounted directly on an electrostatic recorder, is high in manufacturing yield at low cost and excellent in quality, and its manufacturing method. CONSTITUTION:An aperture electrode is composed of a resin film 3, a reference electrode film 4 provided to one side surface of the resin film 3 by a thin film forming method, a pattern of a control electrode film 5 provided to the other side surface of the resin film 3 by the thin film forming method or the like, and an open hole 2 provided at almost the center of the control electrode 5 and passing through the resin film 3. |
