PURPOSE:To effectively reuse industrial wastes and living refuses. CONSTITUTION:In a lath material 11 of a rectangular form, which is made of a metal netting 14, pipes 18 are provided in the four corners. The whole face of the lath material 11 is covered with a hardening mixture formed by mixing aggregate obtained by crushing industrial wastes or living refuses with a coagulator composed mainly of silica to form a float 1. Through holes 40 are formed vertically in the four corners of the float 1. Many floats 1 are connected to obtain an oil fence for example. |
