PURPOSE: To prevent a catheter from moving inward and to control it without any limitation. CONSTITUTION: A medical care device being used for feeding a forming tool for a gastrostomy with a small crosssection is disclosed. A catheter 10 can be fixed at a definite position so as to prevent an inner tube from being moved in cooperation with a freely controllable outer pillow 32 and to eliminate slippage of the tube. A series of sawtooth ring 18 being freely controllably fitted in cooperation with an inner sawtooth ring 39 on the pillow 32 is cast from the outside on the outer wall 11 of the catheter 10. The outer flanges 37 and 38 of the pillow 32 prevents the tube from being moved after the pillow 32 is permanently set on the catheter 10. |
