PURPOSE:To enhanced a retrieval efficiency by reading a retrieval file by the names, reading a personal file by a personal ID and displaying the information on the display part. CONSTITUTION:When a name is inputted in an input part 1, whether null is included in this name or not is inspected. Sometimes, what is filled in this null is defined as an input name. And the retrieval file is read by this name. When the name exists, the personal file is read by the personal ID obtained from the retrieval file and the information is displayed on the picture. When the name does not exist in the retrieval file, the message that the name does not exist is displayed on the picture. Namely, the personal file is read by defining the personal ID obtained by reading the retrieval file in a storage part 3 defining the name as an index as the index and the information is displayed on CRT in a display part 4. |
