PURPOSE:To provide a magnetic garnet, for magnetic field sensor use, whose temperature characteristic is good, whose reflection coefficient is small, whose transmission factor is high, in which a crack is hard to cause and which can be manufactured easily. CONSTITUTION:The title magnetic garnet is composed of a single-layer crystal expressed by the chemical formula of Ho1.56Bi1.32Pb0.06Pt0.05Fe5O12 and whose change in a sensitivity constant due to a temperature change is within + or -1.5% at -10 to +90 deg.C by using 20 deg.C as a reference. |
