PURPOSE:To get high accuracy in rotation by FG pulses by omitting the magnetic pole detector such as a Hall element, etc., which is the problem in thinning in materializing the thinned motor structure. CONSTITUTION:The FG coil 1 of a position sensor is arranged on a sensor sheet 6, and the PS coil 2 of a reference position sensor, which becomes a reference signal, is arranged at the position, where the pattern of the FG coil 1 of the position sensor is vacant, so that it may not overlap the FG pattern 1, whereby the thickness of the sensor sheet 6 can be minimized. Moreover, when fixing this sensor sheet 6 to the coil 3 of the motor, the magnetic position signal can be gotten by arranging it in the place where it has the phase difference of 30 deg. with the voltage induced by the motor coil 3. |
