CONSTITUTION:A 2-dimension picture signal comprising picture elements from an image pickup device 1 is D/A-converted by a D/A converter circuit 4 and fed to a coder 4. The coder 5 obtains each partial differential coefficient of Taylor expansion from a sample of a prescribed number of picture data subject to D/A-conversion based on simultaneous equations to obtain a prescribed number of coded 2-dimension data. |
