<p>PURPOSE: To obtain a laminate of a metal, a thermoplastic material and a metal having a binding strength and durability by broadening a body of the thermoplastic material of a flowing state in a width direction wider than a slot of an extrusion nozzle. CONSTITUTION: A body 7 of a thermoplastic material is continuously drawn by moving metal sheets 9, 10. Since the material of the body 7 is in a flowing state and the body 7 is wider than a width of a slot 13 in a width direction of the slot 13, a converging and rotating flow of the material occurs in the body 7. As a result, a part of the material arriving at surfaces of the sheets 9, 10 becomes a fresh part from an interior of the extruded material. That is, a surface of the material immediately after an output from a nozzle 5' is introduced into the body 7, the fresh material is present on a surface, and brought into contact with the sheets 9, 10. A very strong bond is generated between the material and the surface of the metal even at the time of short compressing in a pinching area of a roll 12.</p> |
