<p>PURPOSE:To prevent illegality due to the alternation, etc., of the card by storing the same picture as a photo in the non-volatile memory of an IC card and displaying it in a monitor TV at the entrance and exit of a door. CONSTITUTION:A photo data storing area 3 is provided at a part of a non- volatile EEPROM 5 of an IC card 10. In such a case, an input output circuit 7 is connected to an I/O terminal 5 and an input output circuit 7 is connected to a system bus 2. Then, at the time of the entrance and exit of the door, the photo data of the IC card 10 are read by a personal computer, displayed on the monitor, a supervisor compares the image and the principal with the eye by the photo and thus, the principal confirmation and the alteration of the IC card can be detected.</p> |
