PURPOSE:To improve the productivity of a single-hand throttling open/close type vessel having sturdy appearance by applying the constitution wherein a magnet is fixed to one lip part of a coin inlet and outlet open ing and a magnetic body is fixed to another lip part respectively in such a way as to allow attraction from each other, and then a coin holder body is integrally molded with a thermoplastic synthetic resin material. CONSTITUTION:A permanent magnet 8 provided in one recess 20 of a mold 18 comprising female molds 13 and 13' respectively having board-shaped hollow parts 12 and 12', and a male mold 11 having a cavity 17 comprising a shallow dished front and rear wall formation parts 14 and 15, and an entire peripheral wall formation part 16, and forming both-side lip parts 7 and 7' at an inlet/outlet part 6, and a magnetic body 9 provided in the other recess 20' of the mold 18, are placed on shelf parts 21 and 21, and attract each other. In addition, the permanent magnet 8 and the magnetic body 9 are positioned at a central position with a retaining rib 22. A thermoplastic synthetic resin material having suitable elasticity and flexibility is poured into the cavity 17 and the recesses 20 and 20'. While a solidified and formed complete product still has heat, the female molds 13 and 13' are made to retreat and the air is blown into the complete product, thereby opening the inlet/outlet part 6 to such an extent as allowing the easy removal of the male mold 11. In this state, the magnet 8 and the magnetic body 9 are escaped from the recesses 20 and 20', thereby releasing the complete product from the male mold 11. |
