摘要 The present invention relates to a laser warning device for sector-by-sector surveillance of the air space and with pulsed and/or continuous reception, and a laser warning module suitable for being incorporated in such a laser warning device. According to the invention, each sector is allocated a module section comprising an optical fibre input (11) for receiving a beam of light rays incident through the optical fibre (8.1), means (12) for dividing the incident beam of light rays into at least a first and a second part beam, means (16) for filtering the first part beam of the beam of light rays to a narrow band beam of light rays, means (18) for detecting the filtered beam of light rays and the second part beam, and an electronics unit (19, 21, 23-32) allocated to the said detection means, which electronics unit is coupled to a central evaluating unit. Using this arrangement, a laser warning device can be produced with high sensitivity within a limited range of wavelengths and which is compact and simple in its construction. The modular concept also increases the flexibility in the construction of the laser warning device (Fig. 3). <IMAGE>
