PURPOSE:To decide whether a document is changed or not by storing a part changing by updating and a code generated from password information, CONSTITUTION:A document preparer prepares and edits the document through the use of a console 1 and stores it in document data 21 as a file. Furthermore, the password of the document preparer is stored in a password 31, the time stamp of document data 21 given to the file and the password 31 are stored in a time stamp + password 34 as a character string in a row, the ciphered string is permitted to be a code for confirming justice 32 and is stored in a code for confirming justice file 23 in accordance with a document name. When the document is confirmed, in a same way, the password 31 is newly inputted so as to generate the code for confirming justice. The generated code is compared with the contents of the file for confirming justice 23 and is decided to be justice at the time of coincidence. Thus, it is confirmed whether the document is rewritten or not after it is prepared. |
