PURPOSE:To enable gold leaf plating having high wetting properties onto various kinds of solid food raw materials and simultaneously provide a method for attaching gold leaf to a food raw material established as a mass-production processing product. CONSTITUTION:A method for plating gold leaf to a food raw material consists of the following each process: (a) the first process including pretreatment of the raw material to be sorted by ordinary method, (b) the second process for subjecting the raw material surface to sodium alginate treatment, (c) the third process for carrying out attaching treatment of gold leaf, (d) the forth process containing acid treatment, Ca treatment for waste removing and sorting treatment, (e) the fifth process for carrying out packing into packaging material, and (f) the sixth process for carrying out heat sterilization treatment. |
