PURPOSE:To provide a motor drive circuit not requiring high breakdown voltage for performing PWM speed control in which fluctuation of power supply voltage due to inductance component of wiring can be prevented, external capacitor for preventing fluctuation of power supply voltage is not required even if an IC motor drive circuit is employed. CONSTITUTION:The motor drive circuit according to the invention can prevent fluctuation of power supply voltage which occurs when the switching timing of an output transistor for driving a driving coil is delayed. |
