PURPOSE:To decompose dinitrogen monoxide being relatively stable material. CONSTITUTION:A reactor 8 which reduces dinitrogen monoxide in waste gas by a reducer, a desulfurizing equipment 11 which desulfurizes sulfur dioxide in waste gas by a desulfurizing agent 12 provided outside of the reactor 8 to produce the above reducer, a reducer supplying pipe 14 which transfers the reducer produced in the desulfurizing equipment 11 to the above reactor 8 are installed.
