<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a laminated foam consisting of laminated thermoplastic resin foamed sheets with general-purpose applicability and high pressure-resistant strength. CONSTITUTION:Foamed sheets A1, A2 to be laminated are thermally fused by thrusting a heating rod 12 into specified spots, and holes 1 are formed in a scattered pattern through the entire layers of the foamed sheet. Then the surroundings off these holes 1 become resinified and fused continuously into a cylinder form as a single body. Further, the foamed sheets A1, A2 of this cylinder part 2 are joined together and laminated. Thus the pressure-resistant strength when compressed beyond a certain level is increased.</p> |
