PURPOSE: To use a standard driving member with various kinds of surgical members, and use the driving member made of a material which can not be welded, with the surgical material, by providing the surgical member removably connected with a driving member, with a holding member for holding the torque transmission relationship between the driving member and the surgical member. CONSTITUTION: A device 10 is inserted into a distal end of a hand piece 50, and is introduced to the knee joints 72 under a patella through a stab wound 70, for the arthroscope surgery of knee. The joints 72 are irradiated by the light from an optical fiber light source 76 through the second stab wound 74. During the surgery, the joints 72 are expanded by the fluid introduced from a fluid source 84 through the third stab wound 82. This fluid expands the joints 72, and flows the blood so that the part can be easily observed. After the surgery, the tissue from which the fluid is taken out, is simultaneously taken out from the surgical part through an opening 26 of an internal tube 14, by the suction of a vacuum source 88.
