PURPOSE:To prevent short circuit due to a positional deviation by facilitating visual confirmation of both position alignment marks in a state that both boards are superposed, and enhancing aligning accuracy of electrode terminals. CONSTITUTION:In a connecting structure having a first board 1 formed with a terminal block 30 made of a plurality of electrode terminals and a second board 2 formed with a terminal block 40 formed of a plurality of electrode terminals corresponding to the terminals, a first aligning mark region 32 is extended to be formed at innermost and outermost side electrode terminals of a plurality of electrode terminals of a terminal block on the board, and a second aligning mark region 42 is extended to be formed at the outermost side electrode terminal of the block on the second board corresponding to the first mark region. The first mark of the first board and the second mark of the second board are superposed in a state that a transparent anisotropically conductive sheet is interposed between the first board and the second board, and heat treated to connect the terminals. |
