YTTRIA OPTICAL PART COATED WITH ANTIREFLECTION FILM

摘要

PURPOSE:To provide an yttria optical part coated with antireflection film and exhibiting extremely high linear transmittance at two different wavelength ranges in visible light range and infrared range. CONSTITUTION:The objective yttria optical part coated with an antireflection film and having linear transmittance of >=90% in both visible light range of 0.45-0.80mum wavelength and infrared range of 3-5mum wavelength is produced by coating the surface of a light-transmitting yttria substrate with the 1st antireflection film composed of a transparent dielectric material having a refractive index of 1.55-1.63 and the 2nd antireflection film composed of a transparent dielectric material having a refractive index of 1.35-1.40 in the order.
