<p>PURPOSE:To improve a work efficiency and machine operation rate, without removing all of parts from the system out of a defective pallet, without executing scheduling again and without executing the work of re-fitting a part at an arrangement station, etc. CONSTITUTION:In the case of a defective work being caused by a numerical control unit 16, a defective pallet is informed to a central processing unit 24 by an inform means 28. A defective part only is recovered with its removing from the defective pallet 10, the pallet 10 removed with the defective part only is re-inputted to the route onto the numerical control unit 16 for the next process work. In the case of working the pallet 10 by the numerical control unit 16, the value that the number of defective parts inputted by the CPU 24 is deducted from the original part number is informed to the numerical control unit 16 as the number of parts installed onto the pallet 10 and the work of the nondefective is continued.</p> |
