<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a laminated metal plate excellent in both of weldability and releasability by using metal particles harder than a skin material to allow them to bite into the surface of the skin material by specific depth. CONSTITUTION:In a method for preparing a laminated metal plate by holding a synthetic resin compounded with conductive metal particles between metal plates, when the thickness of the resin layer is set to (a), the particle size of the metal particles is set to (b), the thickness of the intermediate layer held between the metal plates is set to (c) and the bitten-in quantity of the metal particles is set to (d), pressure bonding is performed so that a=c<b and d>0 are formed. As the conductive metal particles 1, ones harder than the metal plates 2, 3 are used in order to obtain d>0 and a thermosetting resin 4 is bonded to the metal plates 2, 3 under the pressure of a press roll and the conductive metal particles 1 are allowed to bite into the surfaces of the metal plates 2, 3 by d>0.</p> |
