PURPOSE:To ensure the connection with an electrode and enhance the reliability by increasing the protruding height of a bump from the surface of a holding body to increase the margin for deforming work of the bump. CONSTITUTION:A polyimide resin film 2 forming a first photosensitive resin film forming a holding body and a resist 3 forming a second photosensitive resin film are laminated into two layers on the surface of a copper plate forming a base body in this order or the reversed order. A hole 5 for exposing the surface of the copper plate 1 is bored in the polyimide resin film 2 and the resist 3, and a recessed hole 6 is formed on the exposed surface of the copper plate 1 within this hole 5. A conductive member 7 is charged in the recessed hole 6 and the hole 5, and also swollen on the hole 5, and then the copper plate 1 and the resist 3 are removed.
