<p>PURPOSE:To change over a substitute line quickly and accurately from a faulty line. CONSTITUTION:A fault block is decided based on fault information from a line monitor monitoring the state of a line in a transmission line network by a fault block decision processing section 2. A substitute line selection processing section 3 selects, other line prepared in advance corresponding to the fault block. A switching command generating processing section 4 generates switch command information to the other line and outputs it to a relay station being an object of switch command. A fault relief state output processing section 5 outputs the result of processing to a prepared maintenance terminal equipment.</p> |
