CONSTITUTION:In a gas discharging panel provided with a front substrate 11 on the surface of which an anode 12 is formed and a backside substrate 21 on which a cathode 25 arranged to face the anode 12 in order to discharge gas together with the anode 25 is formed, such a gas discharging panel that white powder 25b such as titanium oxide (TiO2), etc., is used as a reflecting material to reflect the discharging light caused during the abovementioned gas discharging time with prescribed reflectance and said white powder 25b is mixed in a cathode made of conductive oxide 25a such as calcium lanthanum chromite (CaxLa1-xCrO3 wherein 0<x<1). |
